August Meeting will be held
Thursday August 7th at 6:30 p.m. Our next meeting is coming real soon make sure that you have your images of "One Color" Shoot The Day July 20th Web Site PhotoShelter.com is planning a photography day all over the world. They are asking that everyone get out and photograph anything you like that might be good for stock images. Check out there web site and register and happy shooting on Sunday the 20th. Photoshelter web site New Members please submit your favorite image along with a link to your web site so that we may update the web site members page.
If you have gone on a field trip this year please submit up to 4 images from each trip that I can select for the web site. Protect your rights as a photographerOur rights as photographers is in jeopardy as legislation is coming that would allow people to reproduce your work without you if they can't find you. If you would like to contact your congressman to oppose this, the links are on the site Summer Photoshop, Elements, Lightroom and Digital Photography Classes -Wednesday's-Elements classes on Monday 7-9 p.m.
I am going to be starting up the summer classes again. We will be meeting on Wednesday evenings each week for classes on a variety of subjects. |

St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Art Ansel Adams and the American West celebrates the American master Ansel Adams (1902-1984) and his contributions to the progress of photography as an art form. It also honors his activities that helped to preserve the beauty of the American landscape and our national parks. Thirty of the nearly 60 photographs are by Adams, including several large-scale images. | Digital Images for the group should be jpeg files 1024x768 at 100ppi files names should be initials, month,year, title example (js0207treeballet.jpg). You may also bring prints that are matted image area should be at least 8x10 |
